Remove non-APSC courses from test upload schedules

Description

Only uploads APSC course schedules. Only APSC course info is uploaded, so this doesn't remove any information expected/received in integration tests. All APSC courses were kept in order to hit edge cases like no schedule given, new instructors, etc. This reduces from a massive (10000+ rows) file to 1000 row file, greatly improving integration setup time.
