+### Confidentiality Agreement

+All Offroad Robotics researchers are expected to sign our [Offroad Robotics Confidentiality Agreement](uploads/c8accf8643df57379e8ff05eccc31829/20190331_Offroad_Confidentiality_Agreement.pdf).  The purpose of the agreement is:

+1. To ensure that everyone understands that they may be exposed to confidential information from a partner and that we all have a responsibility to keep it that way;
+2. That we should treat our own information, and that of others, with care and prudence; and
+3. That there are policies at Queen's the govern intellectual property and agreements with third parties (e.g., with industry partners).

+We have a policy that only those who have signed our Confidentiality Agreement may access our shared IT resources (e.g., GitLab, Teams, Wiki, SharePoint, etc.).
