### Confidentiality Agreement
All Offroad Robotics researchers are expected to sign our [Offroad Robotics Confidentiality Agreement](uploads/c8accf8643df57379e8ff05eccc31829/20190331_Offroad_Confidentiality_Agreement.pdf). The purpose of the agreement is:
1. To ensure that everyone understands that they may be exposed to confidential information from a partner and that we all have a responsibility to keep it that way;
2. That we should treat our own information, and that of others, with care and prudence; and
3. That there are policies at Queen's the govern intellectual property and agreements with third parties (e.g., with industry partners).
We have a policy that only those who have signed our Confidentiality Agreement may access our shared IT resources (e.g., GitLab, Teams, Wiki, SharePoint, etc.). If you have questions, speak with your supervisor. You can also speak with Ricardo Smalling, Queen’s legal counsel (ricardo.smalling@queensu.ca). He created the agreement. |
