Deleted corrupt Menlo font file (Can't be installed on windows, should be...

Deleted corrupt Menlo font file (Can't be installed on windows, should be installed by default on Linux & Mac), fixed all other font to automatically load, and resolved a naming issue with \fullframe (changed to \slidefullframe)
